Bay Area Sunday

Traffic and parking were big issues on Friday and Saturday (and Monday), but Sunday everything worked out just fine. We got an early start, all of the team in the minivan, found a free parking space on the street (as opposed to $40 in a lot right across the street!), found a good spot on the ferry, saw the sights on Alcatraz, had our picnic lunch and finished up just in time to board a returning ferry.

Jonathan than took us on a tour of city sights: Golden Gate Bridge and Fort Point, the Presidio, Crissy Field and some of San Francisco’s famous hills.

We finished off the day with pizza and salad in a nice little spot somewhere(??) and were all escorted home to get rested and ready for our last day (and 4th and final blog post–coming soon).
